Production & Processing Time
All of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order. From the moment you place your order, please allow up to 5 business days for production and packaging. This ensures each item meets our exacting quality standards before it leaves our workshop.
Worldwide Delivery
We ship globally! Transit times vary depending on destination—please see the Estimated Delivery table on the right for a breakdown by country or region.
Expedited Shipping (UPS)
Need it faster? We offer UPS expedited delivery for an additional fee. Depending on your location, UPS can deliver within 1–3 business days. Select this option at checkout to see exact rates and transit times for your address.
Returns
Eligibility & Timeframe
If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in good condition and securely packaged—original packaging is not required, but adequate protection is necessary to prevent damage in transit.
How to Start a Return
Send an email to info@layeredlines3d.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions or a prepaid return label if the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Unless the item is flawed or mis-shipped, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 2–5 business days, crediting the original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation via email when the refund is issued.
